My name is Briana Pinkston, and I am a dedicated customer service representative with a passion for helping others. My journey began at Duke Energy, where I assisted customers with billing inquiries and service changes, laying the foundation for my career in customer service.

Throughout my time at Alorica, I further developed my expertise by helping customers navigate their health insurance options. This role taught me the importance of empathy and understanding in customer interactions. Most recently, I have been working at CVS and Intelogistics, where I continue to assist customers with their billing needs.
