At Cross Country Infrastructure Services, now PSS Cross Country, I managed receivables and onboarding for 350+ commercial construction customers. I reduced an inherited portfolio with more than $1.8M in aged invoices, keeping total AR in the 60-, 90-, and 120+ day buckets at approximately 3% overall.

At BookFuel, I partnered with the CFO to replace payment arrangements of up to 12 months with three-payment plans completed in approximately six weeks, reducing past-due AR from more than $140K to under 1% of total AR.
