I’m looking for a team where I can lead Agile delivery, centralize data with strong KPIs, and combine multimedia expertise with AI-driven workflow optimization to drive measurable operational impact.

I’m a Multimedia Engineer, Certified Scrum Master, and Product Owner with extensive experience in digital operations, project management, and AI-driven workflow optimization. I specialize in building operational functions from the ground up and centralizing data to improve performance and decision-making.

At Medtronic, I established the local Web Building function, setting operational standards and driving early-stage growth. I implemented an internal AI model to streamline workflows and optimize documentation efficiency, and I developed business KPIs and internal apps to centralize data for real-time performance tracking.

I’ve led end-to-end, cross-functional delivery for medical education events, coordinating teams from Branding to Compliance. Previously at Boston Scientific, I served as a Scrum Master for LATAM communications work using Asana, produced visual and video content with Adobe Suite, and integrated 3D modeling and animation to modernize corporate communications while delivering high-accuracy stakeholder reporting.
