I’m looking to contribute as an Assistant Project Manager—supporting senior PMs with milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and clear communications—so clients can scale operations effectively. Open to remote and U.S. business hours.

I’m a PMP-certified project management and communications professional with 12+ years coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international organizations, government, and the private sector in Colombia, Canada, Australia, and the United States. I build alignment across time zones and cultures, keeping projects on track through strong project tracking, milestone management, and clear documentation.

In my current role as an Unit Assistant, Communications, Outreach & Engagement at the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC), I support project planning, milestone tracking, budget preparation, and activity reporting using Asana. I also extract, clean, and structure qualitative and quantitative data for performance measurement, and I coordinate full procurement cycles by drafting Terms of Reference (TORs), RFPs, and contract documentation.

Previously, I designed and implemented a project tracking system from scratch and led a website redesign from concept to launch at Champion Imaging Group (championimaging.ca). Earlier, I led regional programs and communications work for the World Economic Forum affiliate (C4IR Colombia) and the Office of the President of Colombia—moderating 39 virtual emergency coordination meetings during COVID-19—and I also drove a national digital skills and e-commerce program that trained 10,000+ entrepreneurs.
