What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize mission-critical enterprise applications, especially Java/Spring Boot integrations, high-volume processing, and CRM platforms, while contributing across design, delivery, production support, and stakeholder collaboration.

At IBM Indonesia on Indosat IOH projects, I modernize Oracle OSB middleware into Java Spring Boot microservices for voucher, subscriber, SMS, and Siebel customer-profile services.

I build file-driven bulk processing and CRM migration solutions for Siebel iCare 2023, covering customer, product, asset, sales order, service request, inbound, and dunning domains. I also lead requirements, data mapping, SIT/UAT troubleshooting, production testing, and user enablement.

Across Telkom Indonesia, Tech Mahindra, and Phintraco Consulting, I delivered high-volume order processing, Siebel upgrades, Oracle PL/SQL utilities, production fixes, and L1-L3 support for telecommunications CRM and order-management systems.

Earlier, I developed Java/Spring payment, banking, voucher, settlement, and transaction-processing systems. I bring 20+ years of experience across enterprise integration, backend development, data migration, performance tuning, and production delivery.
