I'm currently supporting Fidelity Bank's back-office operations by reviewing account-opening documentation, validating customer information, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliant records.
Previously, I managed 82–160 daily customer interactions at UBA's contact centre, resolving enquiries across accounts, cards, e-banking, transfers, and service requests. I achieved KPIs, earned management commendation, and mentored new staff while working across Finacle, CRM systems, InfoPool, CardPrime, and Excel.
