What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can apply my customer support and data skills, work within a continuously updating field, and grow while solving real problems with compliance, confidentiality, and quality service at the center.

I’m a result oriented, resourceful and determined professional who works well with little supervision and takes pride in delivering quality service. In customer contact roles at Stanbic IBTC Bank and Keystone Bank, I handled inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data confidentiality.

I also bring hands-on experience supporting data and reporting workflows, including compiling daily sales data, generating basic reports with spreadsheets, and assisting with payment tracking and receipt reconciliation. Alongside this, I’ve developed practical teaching and administrative experience, and I’m skilled in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under pressure.
