I’m a customer support professional with 3+ years of experience supporting global customers across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East via chat and email. I focus on account management, payment processing, technical troubleshooting, account access restoration, and enrollment support, delivering reliable outcomes in fast-paced remote environments.

In my current role as a Customer Support Associate (Freelance) with 101 Blockchains, I handle complex payment and platform issues while maintaining high first-contact resolution rates. I also guide customers through enrollment and course access queries and support live campaign launches, including discount management, coupon handling, and plan upgrade assistance.

Previously at Teleperformance, I delivered chat and email support to international US-based customers, maintaining a “zero-escalation approach” while resolving billing, account, and technical queries in high-volume queues.
