I’m a customer support professional who enjoys solving problems quickly and keeping customers fully informed. In my current role as a customer support executive, I address service enquiries accurately, resolve issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.

Previously, I supported admissions and student coordination as Customer Support cum inside sale, including calling to get new admissions, reaching out to parents to continue admissions, managing attendance, and arranging lectures based on availability. Earlier, as an HR jr executive, I handled screening and shortlisting, collected CVs, and helped schedule the first round of interviews. I also do freelance work in data collection and writing short stories, including children’s book story projects—so I bring both structured attention to detail and strong communication to every task.
