I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in customer support and service operations, committed to resolving issues quickly and professionally. I deliver support through effective verbal and written communication while keeping customer interaction records accurate and compliant with company guidelines.

In my customer support role, I assisted customers with product and service-related queries, handled complaints, and worked to ensure customer satisfaction. I collaborate with team members to support service quality and performance goals, using active listening and clear problem-solving.

I bring a strong communication foundation from my Diploma in Aviation & Hospitality and I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English. Alongside my studies, I continuously enhance my communication, customer service, and AI productivity skills to improve how I work and support customers.

I’m especially motivated by roles that value time management, adaptability, and client handling. I’m interested in applying my customer relationship management mindset and AI productivity tools to improve customer experience and deliver consistently positive outcomes.
