In my role as an Accounts Assistant, I maintained daily data entry of sales, purchases, and expenses, prepared and verified invoices, tracked accounts payable/receivable, and coordinated with inventory teams to keep accurate records. As a Customer Support Executive, I handled customer queries via chat and call, managed order tracking, cancellations, replacements and escalations, and coordinated with delivery partners and restaurant teams to resolve real-time issues.
