I’m looking for a role where I can own retention and lifecycle growth end-to-end, combining Klaviyo/automation with analytics and AI—building real systems, not just campaigns. I’m at my best in remote, flexible environments with measurable impact.

I’m a CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist who builds and runs the full retention stack—Klaviyo flows and segmentation, marketing automation, paid social, and the analytics that connect it all. I love turning messy customer behavior into clear, action-ready decisions.

In my current freelance client engagement for a Melbourne hospitality business, I own end-to-end digital growth solo: website build, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, GA4 tracking, and local SEO. I built the lifecycle program from zero (welcome, lead nurture, rewards) and shipped hyper-local Meta Ads, then tested and reallocated spend based on performance.

Beyond day-to-day marketing, I build decision systems. I developed and deployed an RFM decision-intelligence application on a 4,338-customer dataset, surfaced a 28x customer-value gap, and modeled a ~3x email-efficiency improvement by shifting volume toward high-value and at-risk segments.
