What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can support users with fast, accurate troubleshooting, improve internal systems (tickets/portals/web), and grow into networking and cybersecurity work with a team that values clear communication.

I’m an information technologist who builds reliable digital experiences and resolves technical issues quickly. With a Computer Science background, I focus on practical problem-solving across websites, ticketing, and day-to-day IT support.

During my Information Technology Internship, I developed a centralized web portal to streamline employee access to updates, tools, and resources. I also built a custom IT ticketing system to automate workflows, improve issue tracking, and reduce backlog—while providing front-line support that resolved 20+ IT tickets per day across multiple departments.

In my current role, I assist with updates and maintenance for the company website using C++, improving usability for the mailroom process. I handle employee tickets tied to software and system issues, diagnose and resolve problems to minimize downtime, and communicate clearly with end users to ensure effective, business-aligned outcomes.

What drives me is ownership and clarity: I document technical issues, collaborate with senior IT staff on upgrades and deployments, and troubleshoot connectivity problems using networking fundamentals. I bring a customer-first mindset from sales and support experience, and I’m excited to grow further in IT support and cybersecurity-focused work.
