I've led enterprise SaaS implementation and transformation work at PAR Technology, Passport Labs, and Verge Health, translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows and guiding stakeholders through adoption.

At PAR Technology, I led the global Salesforce integration for the “One PAR” program, consolidating acquired companies into a unified Sales and Service Cloud instance while retiring redundant systems. I also led the Tariff Initiative, helping recoup $1.97M in 2025 with an additional $5M projected for 2026, and modernized a Shopify ecosystem that saved 6,000 sales hours annually.

At Passport Labs, I managed post-sales SaaS implementations for cities, universities, and operators, then led onboarding optimization and served as the primary escalation point for complex client issues.

Earlier at Verge Health, I built implementation frameworks and delivery playbooks as an early employee, led enterprise deployments from requirements through post-launch support, and managed a team of more than 10 people. I bring structure to high-visibility work by keeping risks visible, teams aligned, and timelines on track.
