I'm looking to grow international business, build high-value client relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and improve customer retention in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

I've built international client portfolios at DJM Sports Management, sourcing individual clients and corporate partners while leading cross-border commercial discussions and contract negotiations.

I manage end-to-end client relationships, using performance tracking, analytics, and proactive operational support to strengthen retention and long-term profitability. As the central liaison between corporate entities and individual clients, I help close mutually beneficial international deals.

At Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines, I delivered premium experiences for business-class, VIP, and diverse passenger audiences while resolving time-sensitive issues under strict operational requirements. I also drove ancillary revenue through targeted in-flight sales, upselling, inventory management, and POS transactions.
