I’m a business development and sales professional with deep B2B experience across insurance, international trade, and banking. I focus on negotiations, pipeline development, and spotting new business opportunities in competitive markets.
As Head of Department – Internal Sales at Dunav Insurance, I lead a team responsible for developing and performing a non-life insurance portfolio. I manage client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling across multiple insurance products while tracking key portfolio indicators to improve premium growth, retention, and collections.
In parallel, I built international channels for agricultural products from scratch through Greenkos d.o.o. I established and managed residential construction projects in Serbia, negotiating with contractors and organizing foreign workforce supply, while developing commercial relationships with domestic and international partners.
Previously, I served as CEO (parallel engagement) at Greenkos d.o.o., where I negotiated supply and land-use agreements, qualified opportunities, and grew partnerships for cultivation and field operations. Earlier, as a Business Development Manager at Tri Jele d.o.o., I helped expand EU and Balkan markets for industrial wood products by acquiring B2B buyers, leading international tenders, and aligning the sales portfolio with market demand.
