Alongside operations, I’ve been working as a Sales & Market Research Associate (2020–Present), supporting outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and messaging platforms. I research decision-makers, maintain CRM records and communication workflows, and schedule meetings to support pipeline generation.

I’m now transitioning into SaaS Sales Development roles with a strong interest in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and business development.
