What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Relationship Executive and MBA graduate focused on delivering fast, accurate customer support. I manage customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media while keeping communication clear and timely.
I’m hands-on with customer service outcomes: I assist in resolving customer complaints, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also maintain customer data using Excel and CRM tools, and collect customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
I coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to keep service smooth and responsive. From my customer service work, I prepare daily reports related to customer service performance and track what needs improvement.
In my internships, I supported sales using SAP S/4HANA exposure—adding new retail outlets, doing competitor product mapping, and collecting retailer feedback. I’ve also built HR & marketing coordination experience through recruitment communication, onboarding, and training, along with strong Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.
