At Kraner Family Dentistry, I lead administrative customer experience for an 8-doctor practice and manage the full Invisalign journey, from education and treatment presentation through financing, scheduling, follow-up, and ongoing coordination.

After taking on Invisalign program leadership, I helped the practice achieve Diamond Provider status by strengthening follow-up, program visibility, team engagement, and treatment-acceptance workflows. I use case tracking, structured outreach, and clear financial conversations to remove barriers and help patients make informed decisions.

I also manage six direct reports, coach a Call Center Team Lead, and build checklists, trackers, and reference tools that improve consistency across customer-facing processes.

My background spans treatment coordination, healthcare marketing support, fraud resolution at Citi, and public-sector administration. I bring a practical, relationship-driven approach to resolving concerns, communicating value, and moving customers toward successful outcomes.
