As a Senior Consultant, I led data analysis and the implementation of the OSCBC Survey 2021, focusing on digital frameworks and compliance with data privacy regulations. I utilized SQL databases and VMware technology to optimize survey processes and resource allocation, while also enhancing consumer interaction through a revamped website and AI integration.

In this role, I assisted in designing incubation and training programs for startups, utilizing SQL databases for effective startup mapping. I developed pricing structures, conducted bootcamps, and facilitated growth sessions for startups, ensuring timely onboarding of partners and stakeholders.

I mentored startups and MSME clusters, promoting women-led initiatives and conducting various programs to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. I organized the Shakti Awards and facilitated workshops to enhance the capabilities of MSMEs and startups in Odisha.
