I'm supporting PwC India's implementation and governance of the Government of India's PACS Computerization Program in Haryana, covering 710 sanctioned PACS. As a State PMU resource at NABARD's Regional Office in Chandigarh, I coordinate among NABARD, the State Cooperative Department, PACS, system integrators, and technical teams.
I monitor ERP rollout, digitization, migration, infrastructure readiness, and go-live milestones, while preparing state-level MIS reports, trackers, and governance dashboards. I also manage stakeholder escalations and coordinate training and capacity-building to support ERP adoption across grassroots institutions.
Previously at Infosys, I worked as a Business System Analyst for a U.S.-based reinsurance client, connecting business stakeholders, development, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. I used SQL, Excel, and Power BI for reconciliation and reporting, documented requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, and supported Agile delivery, UAT, and backlog management.
