What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing or digital communication role where I can support users, build customer relationships, contribute to sales growth, and apply my Spanish content, SEO, social media, and technical support experience.

I'm currently moderating user-generated social media content at Alorica, applying community guidelines, escalating policy violations, and helping maintain a safe online environment.

Previously at Foundever, I diagnosed system issues and supported users by phone and email while documenting interactions in CRM systems. At ES Bright Consultants and Service Source, I negotiated deals, closed sales, managed renewals, and supported onboarding and product adoption.

My customer service background includes Degiro and Concentrix, where I handled investment-platform queries, transfers, onboarding cases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and warranty questions.

I've also written, optimized, published, and proofread Spanish-language SEO content at Alter Dey LTD. I enjoy communicating clearly with users and prospective clients through social media, email, and client-facing support.
