What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to people-focused HR, talent acquisition, or organizational research work, particularly in roles involving cross-cultural workplace practices, data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled HR processes, and professional growth.

I lead human resources at the Centre of Cyber World Insight, where I was promoted from HR Coordinator to HR Director. I manage recruitment, candidate screening, department placements, and intern workflows across the organization.

I sourced and contacted more than 200 candidates, shortlisted 100, and supervised six full-time interns in the blog writing division. I also use AI tools to track performance and optimize workflow.

Alongside HR work, I research organizational behavior, employability, career uncertainty, and psychological distress using SPSS and survey methodology. My published work includes research on AI in recruitment, motivation, career mindset, and false memories, and I’m particularly interested in cross-cultural HR practices and workplace dynamics.
