As a Technical HR Advisor, I oversee HR operations for field offices in Yemen, Senegal, Pakistan, and Tanzania. My responsibilities included capacity building, emergency response, employee relations, and conducting HR audits for the assigned field offices.

I led financial services recruitment, achieving an 85% offer-to-hire rate, and pioneered the company's first HR and Montessori certified teacher apprenticeship program in Pakistan. I also developed comprehensive training plans, improving employee engagement and performance.
