I’m a third-year Psychology undergraduate at NUST with a growing interest in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Through coursework in organizational behavior, research methods, and psychometric testing, I’ve built analytical thinking and interpersonal skills for understanding workplace dynamics and employee development.

As HR Director (Directorate & Executive Level) for NUSTSocieties, I led end-to-end recruitment across multiple campus societies, using semi-structured interview frameworks and assessment rubrics to improve selection quality. I also managed conflict resolution and team dynamics for 30+ active members using mediation techniques and psychological frameworks, supporting a 90%+ retention rate, while securing PKR100,000+ in sponsorships through proposal writing and stakeholder negotiations.

In my current role as Director of Academic and Career Development at NUST International Club, I’m spearheading planning for StudyExpo 2025 and delivering career development workshop series focused on resume building, interview preparation, and career pathway exploration. I’m eager to bring these strengths to talent development and workplace assessment through an internship opportunity.
