What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a structured onboarding function within a dynamic, merit-driven environment, supporting accurate documentation, orientation, compliance, and people processes.

I've supported recruitment and onboarding at AIESEC in Islamabad, designing a strategy that generated 900+ applicants and 50+ conversions. I managed candidate records, documentation, orientation scheduling, and compliance checks across the hiring cycle.

I've also led people and marketing initiatives, overseeing a three-member cross-university team through feedback and goal alignment. At Bahria University's Talent Show, I led an eight-member outreach team, sold 229 tickets, and raised PKR 29,900 for charity.

As a Clinical Psychology Intern at PNS Hafeez Hospital, I assisted with supervised assessments, intake, behavioral observations, and clinical documentation for 10+ cases. I'm looking to bring my structured, data-accurate approach to onboarding and people processes.
