At NielsenIQ Pakistan, I lead the country HR function for 650+ employees across 15+ business verticals, partnering with regional and global HR teams. I spearheaded Workday implementation across GfK and NIQ, benefits harmonization, and post-merger restructuring.

I’ve driven global Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Performance & Goal Setting campaigns, and led the META-region Reward & Recognition transformation. My work has also included employer branding and sustainability initiatives.

At TPL Corp Ltd., I developed and implemented HR strategy aligned with business goals, including robust HR policies and workforce development approaches. I also worked on talent acquisition strategy, learning programs, and fast-track programs for future leaders.

Earlier, at HRSG Recruiting and GfK Etilize Inc., I worked across recruitment consulting, executive search, and selection processes. I’m a Chartered MCIPD and Certified Independent Director, with experience in HR governance, analytics, investigations, and change initiatives.
