I’m looking for a Revenue/Sales Operations role where I can optimize O2C workflows, strengthen CRM and ERP operations, automate payment and invoice processes, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to drive measurable efficiency improvements.

I’m a Revenue Operations specialist with 12+ years of experience optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C), revenue operations, CRM administration, and ERP-driven business processes across B2B and D2C businesses. I focus on streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency using data-driven decision making.

In my current role as an E-commerce Operations Specialist, I optimized end-to-end O2C workflows using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including increasing daily Proforma Invoice processing by 100% for same-day order handling. I also implemented automated Stripe payment verification to eliminate missed payment captures and improve revenue accuracy.

I’ve led launches and cleanups, including an invite-only Indian e-commerce platform and a master customer data cleanup with 100% accuracy, while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics. Earlier, I improved collection efficiency to 98% with Zoho CRM automation and reduced average payment collection time by 6 days through process improvements, backed by strong analytics in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
