I’m looking to grow into Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis—using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL to improve quote-to-order workflows, track KPIs, and turn data storytelling into measurable revenue growth.

I bring 3+ years of experience in revenue generation, client handling, and process improvement, with a clear focus on turning operational friction into measurable outcomes. I’m comfortable owning workflows end-to-end while keeping execution aligned to margin and performance goals.

In my current role as a Sales & Business Operations Executive, I manage the quote-to-order process for laboratory chemical supplies in Excel, including margin calculations and GST-compliant client quotations. I also map inquiry-to-order sales processes to diagnose bottlenecks in quotation turnaround and follow-up stages, translating insights into practical improvement recommendations.

Previously as a Sales & Marketing Executive, I restructured the lead conversion pipeline and introduced stage-wise tracking to scale monthly unit sales from 5–6 to 12–13 (peak: 20). I built a structured referral network through BNI, generated ₹2Cr+ in revenue, and sustained ~40% repeat business across 50+ client accounts through disciplined follow-ups and relationship management.
