I'm looking for a sales or business operations role where I can manage quote-to-cash workflows, improve contract and order processes, partner across teams, and grow within CRM, ERP, and revenue operations environments.

At Infosys BPM supporting Microsoft’s commercial operations, I manage quotations, sales orders, commercial agreements, renewals, pricing, billing, and quote-to-invoice workflows. I process 250+ commercial agreements and sales transactions monthly while maintaining SLA compliance and 99%+ data accuracy.

I work with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Delivery, and technical support teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure accurate contract execution. Previously at ImpactGuru, I coordinated customer and fundraising workflows, validated information, and delivered responsive customer support.
