Previously at Portfolio Management Group, I designed and implemented learner-centered compliance training and performance-support resources for complex FDCPA regulations while managing client accounts and compliance protocols across debt collection operations. At Goodwill Industries–NM, I developed accessible, interactive Articulate 360 eLearning that introduced workplace AI tools; the program grew from statewide deployment to nationwide adoption.

I translate complex concepts into engaging digital learning through needs analysis, ADDIE, adult learning principles, and thoughtful collaboration with subject matter experts.
