At Inspira Financial, I partnered with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create eLearning, live virtual, and classroom courses. I translated complex processes into clear, task-oriented training.
I developed scoping documents, scripts, storyboards, software simulations, assessments, and instructional videos. I also created and edited eLearning content in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
At West Corporation, I designed and delivered systems learning programs for customers, including interactive eLearning, tutorials, job aids, and instructor-led training. I piloted courses, incorporated feedback, and supported train-the-trainer activities.
Earlier, I designed eLearning for universities at Career Education Corporation and developed and facilitated training for faculty and staff at Triton College. Across these roles, I’ve managed learning projects and used completion reports, feedback, and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness.
