I am an experienced training professional and instructional designer with a proven record of improving process efficiency and employee performance across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors. I design engaging e-learning, instructor-led curricula, and onboarding programs using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond.

Throughout my career I have led LMS administration, built onboarding programs, and partnered with cross-functional teams to align learning with organizational goals.
