What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create high-impact technical learning experiences that combine eLearning, multimedia, gamification, 3D simulation, and hybrid delivery while partnering closely with trainers and subject-matter experts.

At Adaptive Business Solutions, I lead end-to-end custom eLearning, microlearning, interactive, and gamified learning programs for Fortune 500 clients. I've developed hundreds of SCORM-compliant modules and turn complex technical content into engaging 3D simulations, video, animation, and hybrid learning experiences.

My work includes Meta/Facebook's 33-module data center curriculum, CHEP's localized global repair training, and Siemens' remote project manager program, which earned a 9.8/10 trainee feedback score. I bring nearly 10 years in instructional design, alongside experience producing corporate training video, facilitating live training, and applying ADDIE, SAM, Agile, adult learning theory, and Kirkpatrick evaluation.
