I’m an experienced call center agent and customer service professional who stays organized under pressure and improves outcomes through clear communication and critical thinking. I also bring distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, and safety-minded work experience to every role.
In recent work as an Insurance Customer Service Rep, I assist customers with choosing medical plans, assign agents to customer cases, and act as a first point of contact for medical and dental coverage questions. Previously, I served as an Administrative Assistant, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, managing invoices and bookkeeping, and executing record filing systems to strengthen document organization and management.
I’ve built a strong track record across call center and customer-facing work—solving disputes and discrepancies, troubleshooting product issues without unnecessary escalations, and analyzing complaints for appropriate department follow-up. I’m now seeking a full-time position that provides professional challenges where my interpersonal skills, time management, and customer-first mindset can drive results.
