I’m an experienced Assistant Manager - Inside Sales and Business Development professional with cross-cultural experience driving consultative sales, strategy, partner management, and business analysis. I bring a strong record of consistently exceeding quotas, revenue, and margins.

In my current roles, I facilitate access to world-class technology and product talent through IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation channels. I also help businesses establish Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) to expand development capabilities cost-effectively, supported by lead generation and customer relationship management.

I run discovery calls to understand clients’ skills and experience requirements, budget, project durations, and time zone considerations, then provide qualified candidates or outsourcing companies to review within 48 hours. I coordinate candidate interviews, manage contract negotiations, and ensure legal, tax, and recruitment compliance—working closely with sales teams to uncover new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

Earlier, I strengthened go-to-market execution through industry research, direct mail campaigns, RFP support, sales collateral, and C-level presentations. I’ve also leveraged CRM software and sales analytics tools to track prospects, re-establish relationships, and support smarter effort estimation, resource planning, and revenue projections.
