I’m a Digital Marketing and Strategy Development Specialist, focused on newsletter advertising, strategy management, and corporate analytics. I bring strong enthusiasm for strengthening digital presence and adapting brand strategies to the evolving digital landscape through creative solutions and creative results.
In my current role as a Marketing Automation Specialist, I plan and implement email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, configuring automation, customer journeys, and personalized content. I also lead customer lifecycle analysis by creating performance dashboards, act as CRO officer for 13+ international markets, and manage cloud/landing page development and project delivery for new country introductions. I’ve gained hands-on experience onboarding 40+ people in SFMC.
Previously, as an E-mail Marketing Manager, I owned strategy and customer segment management and optimized campaigns using click and conversion-rate analysis. I also contribute to front-end HTML development for newsletter components, collaborating closely with design, web content, and visual merchandising teams to improve both execution and user experience.
