I’m an Email Marketing Specialist with experience building and managing campaigns that improve engagement, retention, and conversions. My work includes audience segmentation, A/B testing, email design, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and developing customer journeys tailored to different audiences and business goals.

I have worked both in-house and independently, which has given me experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution. As a freelancer, I’ve worked directly with clients, adapted campaigns to different niches, collaborated with creative teams, and continuously analyzed results to improve performance.

I’m especially interested in email marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing, customer retention, automation, CRM, copywriting, and data-driven optimization. I enjoy understanding customer behavior, finding opportunities within the customer journey, and turning insights into campaigns that create measurable business results.
