I seek an executive L&D leadership role in a SaaS or mission-driven organization to build AI-enabled, inclusive learning and client enablement programs that drive adoption, retention, and measurable business impact.

I am an experienced learning and enablement executive with a strong background leading online education, instructional design, and client enablement for SaaS and higher-education environments. I direct curriculum, LMS administration, and cross-functional enablement programs that improve adoption and outcomes.

I have led product-aligned educational initiatives and integrated AI tools to drive measurable results, including raising $600K to launch a workforce development academy, improving quarterly revenue by 15% for key products, and delivering sustained retention and NPS improvements. I serve as lead curriculum designer and program strategist, building metrics-driven learning products focused on TTV, retention, CSAT, and ARR.
