I’m an instructional design leader with over 14 years of experience bridging creativity and strategy to solve complex training problems across industries. I lead cross-functional teams to design meaningful, learner-centered experiences aligned with workforce needs.

At UCLA Extension, I built the first end-to-end instructional design system, introducing 100+ scalable templates, structured workflows, and centralized training resources to improve consistency and efficiency. I manage project lifecycles across strategic initiatives, from scoping and budgeting to design and delivery.

I’ve driven high-impact statewide and institutional programs—leading instructional design for California’s Virtual Training Academy (training 10,000+ contact tracers), launching a centralized Knowledge Base with 120+ guides, creating a custom Canvas LMS template, and developing a Course Quality Scorecard recognized at UC Tech and adopted by the CDC.

I champion EdTech and GenAI adoption, developing “Teach with GenAI” and “Learn with GenAI” upskilling resources and piloting AI-enabled design systems. I’m passionate about scaling learning systems, mentoring teams, and delivering measurable training outcomes for mission-driven organizations.
