Anthony Fadul
@anthonyfadul
Operations supervisor in non-emergency medical transportation, blending investigations and data-driven improvement.
What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced Supervisor of Operations (NEMT) with a background in social work, data driven research, and investigations. My education in Sociology (Criminology and Social justice) has shaped how I approach people, risk, and outcomes in fast-paced, mission-critical healthcare operations.
In my current role as Hospital Discharge Operation Supervisor, I work directly with the client (TNC) to facilitate transportation for hospital discharges, facility to facility transfers, and direct admittance. I oversee a team of over 20 agents who book and secure transportation as the trip broker, approving EMS bids, vendor surcharge fees, and 3rd party fees while coordinating with EMS companies, hospitals, and medical transport vendors across Tennessee.
Previously, as Operations Supervisor and then Team Lead, I handled similar supervisory duties while training new agents on policies and procedures, running one-on-one performance check-ins, and upskilling agents to improve quality. I also worked closely with a Quality Assurance team on concerns with agents’ calls to ensure job duties are performed to the highest level of quality and abilities, coordinating daily schedules with customer service reps and upper management within operations and logistics.
Before fully moving into healthcare/insurance operations, I built strong investigative and human-service foundations as a Child Protective Services Investigator and Human Service Specialist II. I conducted forensic interviews, coordinated with schools, community programs, law enforcement, family courts, and agencies, and worked alongside law enforcement in court while managing high case loads—skills I now bring to problem solving, policy execution, and service improvement.
