Mackenzie Compton

I currently work as a Floor Program Supervisor, managing schedules and supervising staff and clients while maintaining safety and security. I also handle administrative tasks and paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Previously, I worked as a Dispatcher for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. I answered calls, opened and closed barriers and doors, completed administrative paperwork, and dispatched officers as needed.

From July 2024 to January 2025, I served as a Correctional Officer with the Ohio Department of Youth Services, supporting safety and security while completing administrative paperwork, room searches, programming, and crisis management. Prior to that, I was a Juvenile Detention Officer at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, handling intake and release, collecting DNA kits, maintaining chain of custody, and managing evidence.

I bring strong support and training strengths from my customer-service and operations background, including mentoring, employee engagement, record keeping, and data reporting. I’m continuing my education in Homeland Security and Counterterrorism to deepen my ability to support high-stakes environments.
