I’m looking for a role where I can own customer communication, keep records perfectly organized, and support smooth operations. I want a team that values accuracy, feedback, and clear documentation while helping me grow in administrative and customer support excellence.

I’m a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with over 5 years of experience across customer service, administrative support, and records management in education, cooperative, and technology environments. I’m known for handling customer inquiries confidently while keeping documentation accurate and up to date.

In my customer service support roles, I responded to students and customers through email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone—guiding people through program information, enrollment steps, and payment processes. I also maintained and improved student and client records, including interaction tracking and progress monitoring.
