I am a dedicated IT professional with a strong background in desktop support, software installation, and system maintenance. Currently, I work as a Desktop Support Engineer at Guru Nanak High School & Junior College, where I provide technical support in a fast-paced environment. My role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining security policies.

With a Master of Computer Application from Chandigarh University and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Tilak Maharashtra University, I have developed a solid foundation in IT. I am motivated to learn new technologies and continuously improve IT processes.
