I’m looking for a growth-oriented team where I can deliver dependable IT support with strong ownership—expanding IAM administration and enterprise endpoint management (Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JAMF/Intune) while continuously improving my skills.

I have started my journey in IT as Desktop Support Engineer. Provided comprehensive desktop and IT support for ValueLabs as a client-facing engineer.

Prepared and configured Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, joining devices to required domains.

Managed and maintained Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and access permissions.

Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Performed data and email backup operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

I got an opportunity to apply for IT Support Specialist for US client of ValueLabs. I applied and got selected. I got converted into fulltime employee of ValueLabs. In this role, I provided end-to-end IT support for a US-based client in a fast-paced environment.

Managed and supported Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Zoom, and Slack.
