I’m looking for a role where I can own quality and operations—reviewing documentation, standardizing workflows, and improving reporting accuracy in an async remote environment. I want clear goals, strong feedback loops, and space to keep raising process quality.

I’m a detail-oriented operations and quality assurance professional with hands-on experience reviewing high volumes of documentation, standardizing reporting processes, and ensuring consistent quality across remote teams. I identify errors and inconsistencies quickly, implement improvements, and manage structured workflows with minimal supervision. I’m comfortable working independently in async environments across US, UK, and EU time zones.

In my current role as a Lead Student Care Officer, I remote quality-check and review 300+ call summaries and 25+ class supervision reports weekly, identifying areas for improvement across a team of 6. I develop and enforce documentation standards to improve reporting accuracy and reduce back-and-forth, while monitoring live learning forums and virtual sessions daily to flag issues early. I also serve as first-line escalation support—triaging problems, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases with full context and recommended next steps.

Previously, I coordinated schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple brand campaigns while maintaining structured documentation and tracking milestones. I’ve also delivered async scheduling, documentation, and reporting support for independent clients across multiple time zones, and provided structured one-on-one academic support as a home tutor—strengthening my attention to detail, planning, and feedback skills.
