I’m looking to be the backbone of a fast-moving education or customer-focused team—owning client experience, building SOP-driven knowledge bases, coordinating calendars and inboxes, and supporting day-to-day operations with calm, proactive communication.

I’m a proactive client success and executive support professional with hands-on experience in academic tutoring, community engagement, and day-to-day operational coordination. I manage multi-stakeholder communications, keep communities informed, and turn repeated questions into documented, scalable answers through SOPs and knowledge base building.
