What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Business Development Manager, Project Manager, or Growth and Partnerships Manager roles where I can combine commercial strategy, client growth, partnership development, and end-to-end project leadership.

At ComBo by Boleh Dicoba Digital, I lead commercial strategy, client acquisition, and integrated digital marketing project delivery. I develop proposals, negotiate agreements, build vendor partnerships, and improve sales operations through a structured CRM pipeline.

I secured a 12-month integrated retainer with a top-five Indonesian e-commerce brand, closed a personal care brand within two weeks, and earned Top Achiever of the Year recognition in 2024.

I enjoy bridging client objectives with creative, strategy, media, operations, product, and finance teams to turn growth plans into measurable outcomes. I also mentor junior business development team members in consultative selling, client communication, and proposal development.
