Scaled Blinkit in 6+ cities to 1,000+ orders/day within 1 month and delivered a state P&L turnaround from -₹40 EPO to +₹10 EPO in 6 months.

Reduced customer complaint rate from 2% to 1% across ~300,000 daily orders by owning the city customer experience program and driving store-level root-cause fixes. Sustained 95% GRN completion within 60 minutes and sub-1% complaints across 200+ dark stores across fruits & vegetables and frozen foods, while designing the new city launch playbook and improving DAU by 15% in 2 weeks.

Designed a 1-year capacity building program strategy for selected partners and led a diagnostic assessment across 25 partner organizations across 10 states, using dashboards and insights to guide partner selection. Developed a 10-year strategy and operational plan, including organizational restructuring, for an organization serving 1,000+ individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Generated INR 50L+ revenue through conversion of 20+ market research samples and earned a promotion within 9 months for sustained business impact. Led 30+ stakeholder interviews, synthesised insights across 30+ market reports, and drove competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.
