I’m a senior-level HR leader with 25+ years of experience across human resources, communications, and organizational development in hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. SPHR-certified, I bring a trusted-advisor approach to executive teams with a focus on building culture, driving engagement, and improving organizational performance.

As Director of Human Resources at a major conference hotel, I lead a full-service, single-person HR department and oversee HR strategy, compliance, staffing, associate relations, and performance management. I partner with executive leadership to advance company culture and DEI efforts, and I manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll, training, and benefits administration for both union and non-union associates.

Earlier, I coordinated recognition and engagement programs and helped found a Hospitality DEI Council. I also served in roles spanning recruiting and HRIS/ATS systems, policy and compliance support, and training facilitation, plus business-facing experience in sales, events, and community outreach—strengthening how I connect HR programs to real operational outcomes.
